EVRIKA is a late example of her class, built as part of the second series of 65s that were built after the early 651s. She was originally campaigned successfully on the regatta circuit, before being purchased by her current ownership, about 20 years ago. In this ownership she has always been skipper maintained. She has been used purely for private use in the Mediterranean and Caribbean. She has been sympathetically updated but the focus has been on her role as a family cruising yacht. The Swan 65 is a stunningly beautiful yacht and EVRIKA is no exception. She has a tall mainmast (the same size as the sloop-rigged version) and her sailing is sparkling in all but the lightest airs.
